    Event Viewer

    Hello,

This morning, I started my computer and it was stuck at Starting Windows. I rebooted and got into Windows normal. I checked my Event Viewer and it says:

    Any driver I need?

Open the Event Viewer again click Detail tab and post a Snip.
You may have to full screen Event Viewer and Snip just the detail window to see everything, it may be a longer listing.
It may save you making multiple Snips.
That may give us more info.

I don't recognize it from the info shown.
Also check to see if you have any yellow flags next to any listings in Device Manager.
You may have to open each tab/curtain to see all the individual devices.
If there are any yellow flags post a Snip of the yellow flagged devices.

That is dated April 4. Today is April 8th.
So that wasn't the problem this morning.
I didn't notice the date in the first Snip.

If it is Sideshow causing the problem I don't know what it is part of.
Hopefully someone else will recognize it.

This is what you want to open in Event Viewer in Snip below.
    Diagnostics Performance> Operational.

Then you can check top listings for todays date.
Then post Snip of what happened this morning.

I had to find it on mine to show you where it is.

This seems to be related to the settings in G15 software. Try the solution here.

    FredeGail

    My error.

    Follow up Bill2 suggestion.

I was trying and hoping further assistance would arrive.

    I didn't think about the 4/8, 8/4.

    Glad you found the problem.
