BSOD when going to sleep

Hello,

when I try to put my PC to a sleep I get BSOD: "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal".
I got Windows 7 x64 build 7100, nVidia Geforce 9500GT.
I haven't installed any new drivers recently, but the problem appeared only yesterday.
The minidump files are attached.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

I didn't look at your minidump, but I had the same issue when my network link was connected. Try disconnecting the Ethernet (or disabling the adapter), and then putting it to sleep. I did the following on my own, but it's well documented here:

Hope it helps.
