    Canon MF3220

I have installed drivers for multifunctional device Canon MF3220 on my laptop, Windows 7, 64 bit. All messages said that the installation is OK. When I tried to print, the file goes to the printer window, spools, disappears from the window, but nothing really has printed. The printer does not react at all. Please help!

    Hi kbankov,

    Welcome to Seven forums.

Please check under device manager and confirm drivers are properly loaded on the system. Also, check the device and printers under start menu and ensure your printer is listed there.

If it is listed there then ensure it is set as default for printing. Please check the same and let us know the results.

And, if you need to upload a screenshot then check this link below:

Thank you! I followed your advice. (Everything was actually installed like this.) But the problem still exists.

    Hi kbankov,

Thanks for your reply. Please ensure that printer is powered on correctly. Also if possible take a standalone copy from the printer and let us know if it is able to give copy.

Also, you can install this printer on a different system to isolate this issue. Make sure that printer spooler service is running on the system:
