    Internet driver missing

    Hey, I know i'm new here, but still need your assistance.

    I recently re-installed windows on my computer, everything works except connecting to the internet. I worked out the problem to come back to the drivers being not installed. Problem is I can't find it anywhere. It comes under the drop option of "other devices" and then 3 options come down, "Ethernet controller, Multimedia controller and speedstream (my internet). They al have they yellow triangle saying not installed.

    Would any of you know how to find it and install?

    Edit: If it makes a difference i'm using an acer AX3950 desktop

    Sorry, I did not see that they wanted money for it! Did not occur to me!

    I will see if I can find a free download and get back to you........

    Well, normally the drivers would be available from ACER;

    http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

    but they don't seem to have drivers for your model, and I can't find any free downloads anywhere else.

    Searching for that model at the ACER site says " The resource you requested is no longer available".

    So it looks like they no longer provide the drivers for it. How old is the machine?

    Take the machine back to where you bought it and ask for the drivers, or a refund of your money. It is still under warranty, and is useless without drivers.

    Supplying machines without drivers or any means to obtain them, except purchase from third party vendors,is just a scam in my opinion.

    It appears to me that your machine AX3950 was purchased as a refurbished machine.
    (or at least tiger direct is selling it as a refurbished machine)

    Mike Connor gave you good advice. Ask them for the drivers or demand it be replaced or
    refund your money.

    Do i just say, the drivers don't work and ask for a new one since it's still under warranty?
