    Well at least we narrowed it down to bluetooth. lets try un-installing then re-installing the driver. if tahts not it it got to be something abt they way bluetooth works

    think i got it , i have two bluetooth dongles one is from logithech and the other came with my sony mobile. maybe the logitech software connected my mouse+keyboard with the mobile dongle instead of the logitech dongle.

    hope thats it. As soon as you said bluetooth mouse it became much more clear. I looked in your system specs but it didn't click that mouse was BT.

    Have you managed to suss this one?

    I get lagging on my LCD when the refresh rate is set at 60hz, at 59 it goes away.
