From what I can find it doesn't even look like Ezonicsis still in business. If that is the case then your chances of finding a driver for it are slim to none.
One thing you can try if you haven't and your Windows 7 is 32 bit (32 bit drivers won't work on 64 bit Windows), is to try the XP driver for it. It may take compatibility mode to get it to install,
Also have you tried just plugging it in? If not it is possible that Windows will see it as a USB storage device, which if it does should allow you to transfer the pictures off of it.
