Two operating systems but wireless card not recognised on one...

    Hi All,
I am running two systems off one laptop. One 64bit and the other 32bit.
On the 64bit system all is well and working fine, but on the 32 bit system there is no wireless adaper been detected in the device manager. As i say, the actual wireless card is fine as its working perfectly on the 64bit system.
What I am asking is: How do I get the device manager to recognise the wireless card within the 32bit system?
    I am running a Dell Inspiron 5010

    Cheers guys.

I have downloaded all the relevent drivers ect, but because the device (the wireless adapter) is not listed within the device manager I cant use the drivers. It's like its not recognisng the card.
Back on the 64 bit version it telling me I have a Intel WiFi 1000BNG. This works fine on that system but when I start up the 32 Bit version its not there. Actually comming to think of it theres a couple of other finction missing aswell like the ability to be able to scroll and zoom in with the touch pad. It probably a daft mistake and will be glaring me in the face. Any thoughts?

Have you tried pulling the card out of the slot and putting it back in?

What you could try, I am not sure if they will work.
In Control Panel, Hardware and sound, Devices and printers click on the white and select add a device
In Device manager click the action tab and you have two more options to find hardware
In Device manager click the View tab and select show hidden devices just in case it is hidden for some reason

This may sound stupid but it's me. Boot into the 32 bit os only. Remove old driver from 32 bit system only and download and install new driver in 32 bit system only. My thinking is now you have a 64 bit driver in the 64 bit os and a 32 bit driver in the 32 bit os. Does this make any sense??
