| | (Code 24) Error Hello I have a question, I recently upgraded from vista to windows 7 and have error code 24 not sure what the exact problem is I've tried looking for a solution but have found none. Please any help would be great. Under the device manager/hidden devices Mount Point Manager MpKsl418f3ebd This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)   |

| | @Commodore Pet yea I have a yellow triangle next to MpKsl418f3ebd under hidden devices in non-plug and play drivers. Oh and to thanks for the link posted it I read it a while back but i'm not sure what exactly to remove or update. |

| | Usually you can uninstall the faulty driver by right clicking on it and then reboot your machine and it will reinstall the driver properly. The only thing I am not sure of is exactly what this driver is. |

| | re I put a picture of the error code and the device manager window in my first post, I'm not sure if ya caught that but if ya did is there anyway I can find which driver to uninstall? again thanks for the help greatly appreciated! |

| | thnx well guys and gals thnx for the help although i was unable to fix the error i recently got the blackscreen of death on my laptop  so i can no longer work on the problem but again thnx much appreciated  |

I am guessing that in your case you had uninstalled MSSE and that is why this is why it showed the error code. |
