| | IEEE 1394 Controller I have some problem with my firewire driver. It is not recognized (see the picture in the attachment). I tried to add the 1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller (Legacy), but with no success. Does this mean that my firewire hardware is not compatible with Win 7? |

| | I am not sure that I have found the right manual for your Mother Board, can you confirm that the firewire is onboard? otherwise we will need details for your firewire device. |

| | well that is the problem  it is not integrated on my motherboard. I looked at the firewire card, but couldn't find the name of the manufacturer or the serial number. But the firewire card has worked on my old old motherboard and with WinXP sp3. |
