There is no such thing.
for the Motorola DVR's were a "privately created" effort, and you can research this whole subject on the AVS Forum, "firewire recording" thread
. But these drivers only work in 32-bit WinXP (and apparently 32-bit Windows 7). They are not usable in a 64-bit environment.
Furthermore, CapDVHS (which produces the TS file capture files) also only runs in 32-bit mode. I'm not sure if it can be installed and run on a 64-bit Windows 7, but again the problem is the firewire drivers.
Your best bet is to use a separate 32-bit WinXP or 32-bit Windows 7 partition to accomplish what you want, for those times when you need it.
