If you only have one bluetooth, I'm guessing it's having a problem installing the driver, what is the make and model of the bluetooth dongle?

    Where did you get it?

    Do you have a link?

    Does it have a name?

Is it listed in Devices and Printers - Device Stage

Well, since you are limiting most of what I can think of, if this not a necessary item I'd just uninstall it, or if you can help us we might be able to find a driver for you.

    Hi all.

sometimes when i turn on the computer i got an error window that says "The driver can't release to failure" but after that the computer is working well. what could it be??
OK, can you post a snip of this error window please?

Also try uninstalling ALL the bluetooth devices, delete the drivers, restart and see if Windows will find them again. It seems odd to have so many?

Please follow the steps/suggestions, we are trying to help you with this error.

If you don't get the "Error window on startup" would be the first sign.
