    AC3 is Dolby Digital. The message you're getting isn't an error.

    no error message
    sound is deffected all around not ac3 files
    everything i try to listen to on my pc including web

    Just out of curiosity have you checked your sound device to see if it isn't trying to output spdif or optical now that you've set it for pure digital?

My sound runs flawlessly when i have some process going on (like disk cleanup, burning, etc.) If i have nothing going on, my sound is laggy and cracks. Anybody have an idea why? This is on a Toshiba M45 S359 with latest audio drivers.
