Hello there, welcome to Seven Forums.
Judging by the screenshot, you need to install drivers for those devices.
Just right click on the those icons & choose "update driver". Windows will try to find the correct drivers.
As for the specs: if you don't know them, download & install Speccy,
it will find & give you all the relevant info on your system & hardware. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom/DIY OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel C2D E8400@4Ghz OC Motherboard ASUS P5Q-E, bios 2101 Memory 4x2GB Kingston HyperX 8500@1066Mhz Graphics Card Nvidia GTS450 OC Sound Card Onboard SoundMax Monitor(s) Displays Samsung Syncmaster 17" Screen Resolution 1280x1024 Mouse Gigabyte M6900 PSU Corsair TX-750 V2 Case Custom Tower Cooling Air: Arctic Cooling 2xF8 & F12; Akasa AK-968, 2xAK-HD-BL Hard Drives WD6402AAEX-640GB(system), WD10EALX-1TB(storage), other external disks & docking stations Internet Speed 10M/1M |

Either you don't have drivers installed for your card, or it's an integrated one. 'Cause that is not the graphics card model, it's just the standard VGA display mode.
How about in Device manager, what's under the Display Adapter when you click it? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom/DIY OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel C2D E8400@4Ghz OC Motherboard ASUS P5Q-E, bios 2101 Memory 4x2GB Kingston HyperX 8500@1066Mhz Graphics Card Nvidia GTS450 OC Sound Card Onboard SoundMax Monitor(s) Displays Samsung Syncmaster 17" Screen Resolution 1280x1024 Mouse Gigabyte M6900 PSU Corsair TX-750 V2 Case Custom Tower Cooling Air: Arctic Cooling 2xF8 & F12; Akasa AK-968, 2xAK-HD-BL Hard Drives WD6402AAEX-640GB(system), WD10EALX-1TB(storage), other external disks & docking stations Internet Speed 10M/1M |

Do you know if it's an integrated card?
Go to Start-->type "dxdiag" in the search box & hit enter. It should find the model of graphics card(if there is one). | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom/DIY OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel C2D E8400@4Ghz OC Motherboard ASUS P5Q-E, bios 2101 Memory 4x2GB Kingston HyperX 8500@1066Mhz Graphics Card Nvidia GTS450 OC Sound Card Onboard SoundMax Monitor(s) Displays Samsung Syncmaster 17" Screen Resolution 1280x1024 Mouse Gigabyte M6900 PSU Corsair TX-750 V2 Case Custom Tower Cooling Air: Arctic Cooling 2xF8 & F12; Akasa AK-968, 2xAK-HD-BL Hard Drives WD6402AAEX-640GB(system), WD10EALX-1TB(storage), other external disks & docking stations Internet Speed 10M/1M All devices are not working. problems?
