How can I get my usb drivers working?  

I uninstalled itunes from my 64bit Dell Studio XPS 8000 Windows 7 PC and after my pc restarted, there was no USB power at the welcome sign in screen. The mouse and keyboard are usb, there are no ps2 ports, so I can not access Windows. The usb devices work fine in bios and during the Windows Recovery process but I cannot do a system restore from the recovery process because I keep getting error 0x80070005. A common reason for the error is having anti virus which prevents certain changes, but I have restored several times without having that error in the past. Are there any solutions to any of these problems? Wiping out Windows is not an option and I do not have another PC to transfer the hard drive to. The desktop in question also does not seem to be accessible from my home network either.

I tried using the Kaspersky Rescue disc because it has a solution to this exact problem, but it does not see what drive my Windows installation is on when attempting the fix, but it sees the installation in all the other utilities.

I also tried using Active@Boot Disk to replace the usbui.dll file with one from my laptop and that did not seem to have any affect.

The Dell driver site for my system does not distribute usb drivers and I can not seem to find any drivers that are installable from the system recovery add drivers utility. It seems to require a certain type of install or driver file

Sadly the sfc command did not work. It completed and said there were corrupt files it could not repair. There is still no USB power in Windows and I can not do a system restore

I have tried chkdsk and every repair option on the windows disc except load an image because I never made one. Safe mode does not work because the problem is Windows is not supplying power to usb ports in any mode

No, since I can't type or use the mouse there is no way to even get past the welcome screen to get into device manager. I will see if it is accessible from the repair disk command prompt.
