    i dont know how to fix the one driver ive updated it and everything and when i bought this laptop im suppose to have a radeon hd 5650 1gb vram graphics card and speccy doesn't read it so did the company i buy it from screw me over ?

    what do u mean ? i didnt get a cd or anything with this laptop to install nada just for the backup

    Go to the ATI website and download and install the driver for your video card.

    honestly im really not good at all the specs and stuff mind giving me a hand ?

    Check here for ATI Radeon support: ATI Mobility Radeon

    Check here for Gateway support: Gateway Computer, Server, Portable, Consumer Electronic Product Support

    Just go to the support section, choose a driver, then download and install it.

    tell it notbook the radeon HD which model corilates with yours and OS version.
    Or Run Windows updates adn see if it has a Driver,
    Or the Manufactures website.
