N95 8GB - Windows 7 Bluetooth Error

Hi guys, am new to the forum

A few minutes ago I wanted to add my N95 phone to the list of bluetooth devices on my new laptop (Windows 64 bit btw), I switched on the bluetooth on my phone. Then I right clicked on the Bluetooth Devices icon on my laptop, clicked on 'Add a device,' it found my phone okay but when it tried installing it, it couldn't apply/find the drivers for some reason, even when i tried troubleshooting it.

Could someone help me out please, I'd very much appreciate it.

N.b. if that description doesn't sound technical, it's because I know nowt about computers, i know the basics and that's about it

Welcome to Seven forums AFA, it could be your phone isn't compatible with the Blue tooth on your laptop. Browse to your laptop maker's website and check if there are updated Bluetooth drivers. If so download and install them. Secondly you can call your phone provider for help with this too.
