Windows 7: Installing video card drivers - Access is denied

So i am trying to install drivers for my Geforce 8800 GT on Windows 7.

Whichever driver im trying to install(ex. 275.33, 270.61, 266.77 ..) i get an "Graphics driver - Status: failed" note
and non of the other components are installed(PhysX etc.).

I decided to create a log while running the setup, the interresting part comes up:

There seems to be something wrong with permissions or something. The deal is i have made sure i am owner and have permissions of every file on the hard drive, as well as permissions of the keys on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE in the registry. I have tried other stuff like going into safe mode, using drive sweeper/cc cleaner, running the setup as administrator, and more..



Im totally out of ideas and would be extremely grateful if someone had an idea on how to solve this issue without having to format the drive.
