    Northbridge Filter Driver

    Hello all,

Upon running the installer (Catalyst) for my motherboard's chipset (that I downloaded from the Asus website), it only gave me the option to install a "Northbridge Filter Driver." When I run the Southbridge driver installer downloaded from AMD's website, it also only gives me the option to install the NBFD. My question is, which one should I install? I'd normally just install the one that I got from the manufacturer, but the version of the driver from AMD is much newer.

The one from AMD. Asus is notorious for not updating the drivers they have available, and even when they do it is nothing more than the reference AMD driver in an Asus package.
