Hello everyone,a few days ago i've installed Windows 7 64-bit(ultimate),everything seems to be going well except for the sound card -.-, I go on the creative site and download the drivers for 64 bit windows seven, but when it comes to the end of the installation gives me a message saying the device is not supported as well if I try to open the audio console same message, I tried the modified drivers and the problem seemed to be resolved, but it is not the same as the original drivers, does anyone know how to fix? My sound card is a Creative X-fi Extreme Audio
Mmmmm i think ive installed the second version, but if i not wrong i've try to install the first verisone too and i've the same problem....maybe i wrong ,but at 100% i've installed the second version the ~83 MB
I have recently installed your card and only installed the latest driver (1.400) - 83 Mg. and the Beta Console(63Mg?). So far so good. If you have installed both drivers I do not think that is a good thing. I was lucky enough to have a disk image of windows 7-64 Pro to fall back to before trying the right drivers. I have also used the install disk which only works if you install everything and then upgrade them with the built-in program.
The fact is that when I installed the driver had taken all seven automatic, good Saturday I try to put it back again and see what happens a little in case I have problems I try to take the driver from the site but we hope not ç_ç
