Windows 7: FN Key nor working in Sony Vio CR-35G

hey friends,

i am using Windows 7 professional in my Sony Vio CR-35G. all functions and drivers are absolutely working fine instead FN key..

kindly anybody help me out to resolve the issue?

yes bro i have updated all the drivers from sony side but FN key / AV mode / capture buttons are not working

Oh man...I had the same thing when I installed Windows 7 way back then!!! Do u have a driver called Sony Utilities...I think u'll need to install that...either way..it was one of the following drivers that got it working for me....But my machine is a bit old (2007 model) so it may not be available on yours

1) Sony Utilities
2) Sony Shared Library
3)Vaio Event Service

I know it may not be much but just thought I let in my two cents!

Also do a google search chances are someone who got it running wrote down some info. Thanks how I got it going. Gd luck

hey man...what u mean by sony utilities....i installed diffrrent utilities like camera utility..blutooth utility..orginal function utility...u r saying abt these or anything else?

Open Sony Utlities,& use the Software & driver updater.
