| | The drivers for this printer only went up to XP. You can try installing it in compatibility mode for XP but you might just have to get a newer printer to use with 7. Compatibility Mode |

| | Sorry, on further looking, the HP support does say it works with vista, there are a few options for workarounds on their support page. If any of their solutions would apply, then I would try to run it in vista compatibility mode. HP Deskjet 845c Printer* |

| | ok, this is a simple thing: 1. unpack .cab using e.g. 7-zip to e.g. c:/printer_drv 2. click start>>faxes&printers and (remove the installed printer) add printer>>local on usb 3. click 'from disk' and browse prnhp001.inf file from c:/printer_drv and click OK 4. choose your printer (hp845c  ) and click next... 5. Now You can handle, I guess ps. sorry for my english |
