    HD 2600 Pro AGP

i cant find a driver thats gives me good performance playing Second Live, earlier on Vista with 8.5 from ati it would run up to 70 fps, now on Windows 7 with vista x86 ati latest driver it runs 20 fps.

Im on Windows 7 Ultimate x86 with HD 2600 Pro Agp

anything that might help me get better performance?

    im gonna try

    - 9-6_agp-hotfix_vista64_dd_ccc
    - Catalyst_9.7_RC3_Drivers_for_Vista-Win7_x86-x64
    - 9.7 (8.630) Vista/Win7 WHQL

I been looking for the ATI cleaner, deleted mine BIG mistake, cant find it anywhere

    Now i installed 9.7 (8.630) Vista/Win7 WHQL

    Screen flicked

    Driver installed fine

As soon as screen go black to switch drivers, screen gets messed up UNREADABLE

CCC stops working, unable to report error

and i get the old vista notice '' the driver has stopped working and sucefully recovered''

I checked Device manager to check current driver installed, and its still the microsoft Corporation WDDM 1.1

but YET im gonna run the performance test once again

OK im done cleanning up the latest installed driver, back to WDDM 1.1 again

the other 2 drivers metioned on the first post had the same error as the one installed with errors, so i wont bother doing a performance test, im gonna go back look for a solution

when I installed the catalyst x64 or 32 or another distributons .. not works when i try to start the CCC its not started BUT I SOLVE THAT PROBLEM ^^..

Dowsnload the 32 bit version of the driver ..... go to the system preferences and search for the card .... " update driver " ... select the pro mode and hit the button own disc .. then search for this file : "
    C://ATI/Support/9-10_agp-hotfix_vista32_dd_ccc/Packages/Drivers/Display/LH_INF/CL_90196 "

When you find this file " CL_90196 " select it and you may can choose hd2600 series .. then it will install the driver ...

After it just double click on it : " C://ATI/setup.exe " and install it

    Well Done

    ** sorry for my english :S **
