64 bit driver needed

Driver needed for win 7 64 bit. I recently acquired several (NIB) AT-WCP200G Allied Telesyn wireless PCI adapters. These adapters use the Texas Instrument TNETWI 130GVF chipset (I'm told is the acx111 is the same chipset). But I cannot find drivers anywhere for Vista or 7 64 bit. Any leads will be appreciated.

Hi there and Welcome to Seven Forums,

I have done a bit of searching for you and all results seem to indicate that this is an XP Product with little/No Vista/7 Support.

In fact looking through the Forums and Driver List for the Allied Tellsyn Card, This Product was Manufactured for Windows 2000 and Xp.

Here is the Info From their Site For the PCI Card.

OS Support:Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003

So Unfortunatley there is No Support for these Cards in Vista / Win 7... Unless you want to try compatability mode and even that is Highly unlikely to wield results for you.

Sorry about that Chap

Beta,

Good Link there mate, However if you read through all the posts they came to the same conclusion as me, There are NO x64 bit drivers for the card in Vista/Windows 7.

That thread was looking for x64 Bit in Windows xp also, which it was concluded they could get lucky with one driver, however there are no dedicated drivers.

You also want to remember that the quality of data is affected by age, that thread was started in 2005 and the last post was in 2007.

Thanks for your input though
