So far ,the only info i can find about my realtek NIC aren't helping me much, so i can't find a more recent driver . Device manager and the realtek network diagnostic utility tool only give minimal details about my NIC.

Tried that earlier and the links for window7 took me to downloads for their audio codecs ,very bizarre.

And guess what,it has the info i wantedI went there first this morning,spotted that the NIC drivers were old,but COMPLETELY missed the Realtek RTL8101E - 10/100 Controller under the info tab.
What a fool !
Ahh okay, As you can see i saw the driver that you are using and assumed it was for a PCI Card.
However after looking at the card and what the Drivers are linked to, it would seem that my link posted above was spot on with what you need.
Could you try it again please? It is the First link Posted...
