Burning drivers to disk from xp

Ok, may sound daft but im stumped...Trying to install windows 7, tried installing 64 bit first, but had issues booting from disk, so tried 32 bit, which seems to load and reboot fine, howeever, it stops during install and asks "select drivers to be installed"

I looked on google and found the windows 7 drivers I need for my model laptop (toshiba satellite l300d) and downloaded the zips. Problem is, I cant seem to burn them to disk, im using xp on other pc, and trying to burn with imgburn, but the files are not supported?

Anyone know how I do this?

Did you do a full clean & full format in command prompt first.

Ok, so tried that...but seems to have made things worse, it wont even get past the 'expanding files' section now. Just says "windows cannot install required files, make sure all files required for installation are availible and restart the the installation"
