Windows 7: Bluetooth Help Please!

Bluetooth Help Please!

Okay... so I just got a dongle for my laptop. I'm on Win7Enterprise with 64bit. I have my phone, an HTC Incredible first. When I scan for it, it sees the phone, sets up a passcode, I type it in in my phone, and it says it connects. But then it tries to install some drivers (of which I cannot identify) and fails. It shows two listings in my Device Manager as Bluetooth Peripheral Device... just generic and with the yellow exclamation mark. This is an Incredible 1, not 2.

Second, I bought this generic bluetooth headset off the net. When I scan for it, I find it and it shows as an N95. That's it. The device says nothing of a brand and only that for a model #. It recognizes the device and shows two available services. The first is telophony, the other is just headset. Telophony driver installs but the mic is not working. Just doesn't pick up anything (though no errors). Earpiece works when using telophony service. But nothing works and driver cannot be found for Headset service.

Alright... please advise on options to proceed at this point. I would appreciate ANY help and am happy to provide whatever information you need from me.

Thank you very much!
