    changeing from sata port 3 to sata port 1 will that improve speed or not

    You're not being asked to buy a new hard drive, just try a new cable.

    i have a question the data is value 1 so that is not bad also what can happen if i do not change it

    also i have read that the data 1 means it happenend in the past i have run bench test and the number remains at 1 is it possible i had my power supply changed with a comp tech changing it is it possible that error came before and now it is fine the cable i mean do i just monitor the drive maybe the cable is fine now right as there is only one data

    coz i think when my power supply was changed the cable was changed and as the number never goes down so there is a chance it is fixed right and how do i know if it is not

    replaced cable no lucky still warning there sure it is only data 1 so it will not impact me at all right
    will it be fine left on 1 date value

    You mentioned you recently had a power supply upgrade, its a long shot but try moving the SATA cable away from the power connectors. It might be an issue of interference

    Also maybe get some canned air and give the SATA connections a quick spray out. Also try combinations of various SATA cables and mobo ports. Be sure they're all the way on and not almost all the way
