    It is like that when i start pc, but when it passes windows logo it goes off

    Well it is like you said, but when it passes windows logo it just goes off.

    Sorry for double post, but it didn't load up 1st time, so i posted again

    In that case:

    Two types of trials...
    1. Reboot in Safe mode w/ networking. Does that make a diff?

    2. Is there some way that you could check a couple of things in the hardware? For example:

    Plug the LAN cable that now goes into this computer, into another PC/LT to be sure that connection works?

    Add a simple lan card to your current system and see if that does run on this cable?

    No it doesn't make difference in safe mode i have tried... I don't have another card, but i can try with cable... :)

    Then you have two options (i think):

    1. borrow/buy a cheap lan card and test OR
    2. Do a boot only install with a Ubuntu usb or cd disk....

    if your LAN works with ubuntu... you'd he pretty sure it is W7 drivers and not HW or BIOS.

    I have tried with ubuntu. Its not working... I will try with another card

    So then the problem is with your lan card. Get a new one,install drivers from the CD(with lan card should go and cd with drivers) and post here feedback. :)
