    Hello Kastiel26

Everything I find for that particular model is in Japanese, VGN-NR72B | À½ÉÊÊ̾ðÊó | ¥µ¥Ý¡¼¥È | VAIO | ¥½¥Ë¡¼ If your understanding of Japanese is as good as mine I suggest trying similar model numbers ie. Sony eSupport - VGN-NR110E - Software Updates & Drivers and seeing if the card reader download will work for you.

Aaargh... Stupid Google Chrome isn't translating the page to English... why don't the advertised features work when I need them? Lol... The driver itself there is not listed. There is an option to go to the 'Original Drivers', which should present you with a list of all the drivers for your laptop, including the Card Reader.

I didn't load any drivers for my AFT card reader under Windows 7. I installed the reader, Windows 7 recognized it, loaded it's drivers and assigned drive letters to the ports. Done.

There is an update on 5/25/2010 about SD cards. You might try that.
