Toshiba Tecra M5 PTM51A-0RW50P unknown driver issue win7

    i have a Toshiba Tecra M5 PTM51A-0RW50P
with windows 7 professional x86 installed

i was recently having an audio issue with win7
so i put xp back on it, got the audio working again
then reinstalled windows 7, & managed to get audio
    working in windows 7

now i'm having trouble with an unknown device
that i never had trouble with originally,
when i first installed windows7 & installed all the drivers
i had the right driver for this unknown device..

but now i cant remember nor figure out what it is, i think it may be
the power management utility driver.. not sure..
i had fixed it the first time i had it, but i lost the original
set of drivers i had for this laptop, & the only drivers i found for it
did not include one that would rememdy this problem,,

    hardware id is as follows,

    Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System

    ACPI\TOS6205
    *TOS6205

any ideas? any help would be greatly appreciated..

    thanks
