    Bluetooth not working!!!


    My laptop bluetooth is not working. I installed bluetooth driver many times but it remains same, not working. What should I do? My laptop model is Compaq 620.

    Please help sir!

    ill need the exact model nu,ber... look at the bottom of your system, there on a white sheet there should be - among many other things- your exact model and serial number. post them here and i'll see what i can do to help.

    Try this, Look at the Keyboard,

    Look at number 2, Is there a Bluetooth sign there, if SO Press Fn And that number.

    Its that simple.

    @agent47er: My laptop model is Copmaq 620. Serial No. is: CNU0321V5K. Hope this will help you!

    @Danny: Oh! sorry sir. I just filled out the system specification as required:).

    @mrdemon: I tried what you said and the icon of bluetooth is displayed in the taskbar. But when I search for any bluetooth device near me it just not showed. This problem was from when i buyed this laptop. What you guys think? Is bluetooth adapter is damaged or what??

    On your BlueTooth Device in its settings do you have it HIDDEN? Also when you do a search within windows 7 does it take time searching or Just stop instantly. If it stops instantly then your BT is not installed correctly or even bust, If it takes time the chances are that you have it and it is working and the item your looking for is Hidden.
