Windows 7: Acer 6935g Some drivers

Hi all recently installed windows 7 rtm and have most drivers and running fine just two things i havent found, the fingerprint drivers and the music touch controls dont work properly apart from the mute function, any fixes or drivers for these or will i just have to wait? Cheers help apreciated

I've got Aspire 8930G but friend of mine has 6935g.

Try here : Acer Europe - Service & Support, Drivers & Utilities, Downloads and install drivers for ASPIRE 6935G. It should be OK ; )

I have installed the fingerprint one and when i go to set up my finger scan it says no fingerprint device detected and i dont know what driver is for the touch pad controls.

Got the music controls working now with launch manager installed in vista compatability but the fingerprint still having issues.

Hi and welcome. Im going to have to assume you googled the drivers or went to the maker of them for drivers, right?

Yes i went directly to acer and got the vista drivers.

I installed the acer bio protection in compatability for vista and it works a bit it lets me pick a finger and scan six times for setup but at the end it says finger enrollment failed. Any ideas anyone because everything else is working fine.

Windows 7 has found me drivers from validity sensors for my fingerprint scanner but now i need the software which will probably install its own drivers i guess and probably not work?

what driver did you use for the wireless card ? and which wireless have you got :?

Hello i installed Windows 7, its great btw, just have a slightly problem with the multimedia touch pad on the left side??Any idea which driver or fix to download??Thank you.
