Anyone know of a tutorial that explains how to load/unload a flash drive with W7.

    Thanks

Plug the flashdrive into desired usb port and wait for autoplay or access it directly from "My computer"

When you finish your work the safe way for removing is this.

    1. click оncе the usb devices icon in the tray and wait for the device panel
    2. point chosen for removing device and click it again just оncе.
    3. wait for message "the devise is ready for remove"

    Thats it :)

Sometimes you can see message "the device is not ready for eject" That is because explorer, some antivirus program or other one has locked the device for something. In these moments you should wait and try again.
Sometimes microsoft office products play such tricks as they complete saving some file that have been used. :)
