    reading the instructions, it self extracts, rahter than running setup.exe in the folder created, use device manager, go to properties of the LAN, update driver, and browse for the driver yourself.

    try that.

    should be something like: C:\Users\Jasjeet\Desktop\Extracted Chipset drivers\Ethernet\WinXP

    i can update lan becuase there is no lan in the device manager even though its installed

    are there any unknown devices with yellow triangles on them. You might want to use the snipping tool (typ snipping tool in search) to upload a snip of dev mgr.

    check if its been hidden in device manager:

    view-> show hidden devices.

    im quite stumped on this one
