Windows 7: BSOD Diver Error

Windows 7 Ultimate 64x and 32x
 
 

Did as you instructed. However all that came up
was my "C" drive and my two external drives.
The "C" drive was the only one highlighted.
There was no other information.

zigzag3143 I was finally able to get to the minidump files.
Please see attached copy of the dump file I have.

we need the actual DMP file not a word copy of it but from what I can see it is Related to pssdklbf.sys PSSDK Driver LoopBack v4.0 32bit from microOLAP Technologies LTD

I would remove it at least to test

I cant be sure without the DMP file.

I just realised that when I tried to attach the file
I got an error. "invalid file" could you tell me how
to attach this file ?
Also what would be the dest way to remove the
pssdklbf.sys PSSDK Driver LoopBack v4.0 32bit from microOLAP Technologies LTD
File.

You can remove it in control panel>Programs and features. You can also find the file and rename it to pssdklbf.bak so it cant load. I would remove it.

Found it and deleted it. Hopefully this will
take care of the problem. At any rate I
learned something new during this whole
process.
