| | Built-in 'Motion Eye hello i need help please i have problem i have sony VGC-LM1R AND i have windows 7 32 ultimate Built-in 'Motion Eye' camera is not working in skype ( please close all application and maybe in used) just black screen and in the device manger its installed under usb but without name of the camera or the manufactor so i need my camera to work anyone can help me |

| | Generally speaking when using a webcam with Skype and you see that message, your bandwidth is too low. To increase your bandwidth, it ask you to close all apps so you can use it with out any problems. Does you webcam software work on it's own using the built in software? Have you tried any other online webcam service like Messenger, Yahoo's? |

| | Sounds like the driver has gotten corrupted. What's the make and model of Pc/Laptop? Then I can track down the driver for you. |
