Cannot save file and install software in C:/ drive, it say i am not administrator, but actually i am administrator.

    Welcome
You may want to try the special, hidden administrator

I see you have shared the C (OS) drive. This is not usually recommended and may have created a problem with permissions.

Try opening the "locked" folders. (not the libraries, the actual folders) It should tell you that "you do not have permission" if you hit Continue, it will either UAC prompt for your password, or just do it, and then unlock it for you.

Also, I agree with pbcopter. No need to share your C drive. It's a security nightmare.
