    drivers question


    hi , i have a laptop Acer Aspire 5515 and i have windows vista I wan't to upgrade to windows 7 RTM my question is i need special drivers ?? i can install vista drivers in windows 7 ? windows 7 search automatically drivers for my laptop ?

    yes you will need new drivers, yes windows will install most of them.

i installed windows 7 just fine, then on my first bootup windows update installed a few updates and then some drivers for me. everything appears to be functioning correctly and device manage shows no problems. should i still update my drivers or just leave them be?
