Last week had my motherboard replaced because there was an error that said no network adaptor. Well last night I could not connect to the internet. I was on the phone with HP for 2.5 hours. No network adaptor is in the device manager-- error says that Windows did not detect a propererly installed network adaptor. if you have a network adaptor you will need to install the
driver.-- When doing diagnostic on motherboard the blue screen came up. HP said they would replace the motherboard again. I think there may be a simpler solution but not sure how to do it. I went to safe mode and network adaptors are there but with the WAN minirt IKEV@ and SSTP it says "encountered problem instally driver software for our device"-- could not be verified --windows can't verify the publisher. Also the consumer IR devices not working properly because can't load the
drivers Code3. Can anyone help me please? Thank you
