Network adaptor found only in safe mode, cannot connect to the interne
Last week had my motherboard replaced because there was an error that said no network adaptor. Well last night I could not connect to the internet. I was on the phone with HP for 2.5 hours. No network adaptor is in the device manager-- error says that Windows did not detect a propererly installed network adaptor. if you have a network adaptor you will need to install the driver.-- When doing diagnostic on motherboard the blue screen came up. HP said they would replace the motherboard again. I think there may be a simpler solution but not sure how to do it. I went to safe mode and network adaptors are there but with the WAN minirt IKEV@ and SSTP it says "encountered problem instally driver software for our device"-- could not be verified --windows can't verify the publisher. Also the consumer IR devices not working properly because can't load the drivers Code3. Can anyone help me please? Thank you
