Have you tried rolling back the
driver itself through device manager?
Device manager>Sound, Video and Game Controllers>*forte>properties>driver tab>Roll back Driver
The original driver should still be in the Winsxs folder which should rollback to the original driver. If the Roll Back Driver option is greyed out (like the screenshot) then the original driver has been permanently deleted.
If installing an older driver from the auzentech site doesn't work (although it should) another alternative would be to:
uninstall the current driver through device manager, tick the 'Delete driver for this device', this will permanently delete the beta driver so it won't be re-installed after a reboot.
reboot and either let windows find a driver upon restart or if no driver is found, run WU to let it find the driver you were previously using. (hopefully not installing the beta driver instead
