Hi aakshat, have you tried ricght clicking on the bluetooth icon in the system tray ? from there you can turn it on or off
if the icon is not in the system tray try this

Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center
Click "Change adapter settings" in the left panel
Find your Bluetooth adapter listed there, right-click on it, and make sure it's enabled.
If it shows that it's Enabled, you can try to riight-click on it again and choose Properties.
There should be a Bluetooth tab on top, click on it.
Click on the "Bluetooth Settings" link in the bottom part of the window.
In the Bluetooth Settings window, click the Options tab, and make sure the box for "Turn off the Bluetooth adapter" is not checked.

Have a look here Drivers & Downloads select the wifi driver applicable to what you have installed in the laptop.
Alternatively enter your service tag # in Dells website and that will list the drivers originally installed on your laptop :)
