Radeon HD 5650 replaced with PnP Monitor

Hello everyone! I've come over a problem that's a little bit annoying. I had to reinstall my laptop with Windows 7 and it's worked, but there's a problem - the display driver isn't right. My actual monitor can use 1366x768, but for some reason there's this weird 'Generic PnP Monitor' that I've never had before which limits the resolution to 1024x768. I do not know where this has come from, but I don't see my ATI Radeon HD 5650 in the device list any more. I tried to download the ATI drivers using the 'autodownload' feature, (It basically searches for ATI drivers and downloads them for you) but It said it could not install them What can I do?
(I had to clean install W7 because of a boot problem I had.)

You have to get the driver for it from Toshiba. Toshiba and a couple of other laptop manufacturers (Sony and Panasonic are the others) won't allow the use of reference AMD drivers (or Nvidia for that matter), and as a result you have to get the driver directly from them or use one with a modded INF that has added the appropriate device string to it.

@Britton30 Thanks! I actually somehow found the driver and fixed it not long after I posted this thread, but the link you gave me is really handy! There could be some drivers on there that the Toshiba support page doesn't actually have.
