can you edit the thread title to show that the new "win 7" drivers are only for the xonar line of audio cards. No new motherboard drivers yet. I can't wait till the front panel works properly for my onboard sound on my M3A32-MVP

Ok, great, I started a new trend... ss, sss, ssss.

I just got a netgear WN111 off of CL for 20 dollars so I am feeling more modernized. (Adjusting extra thick goggles) .

I also assumed from looking at the thread title that it meant a bunch of Asus Win7 drivers were available. I guess that isn't true now?

I guess it was good that I mentioned the Xonar driver problem then since it's the only thing were talking about here. I wonder how long before Asus makes a xonar driver that doesn't require the patch.

It would be nice if there was a driver download for the ASUS M4A78 that included everything in one large file. As it is I found 54 downloads for the board. I know that the audio isn't working, but there is also an unknown device in the device manager. Any easier solutions?

Just go there and put in what you have and it will take you to the right page. They have everything for Asus there. It's the same link that is already posted at the top of this page.
Just go to the download section and tell it what you need. The pages open very slowly there so it's a waiting game.

Once you get to the download page just select your product, series and model, after that it will show you an option for Op system then finally the downloads for your product will be visable. It's a slow process but it works. The files are usally .rar so you also need winrar to extract them.
How I wish the W90vp had some win7 drivers there...any drivers for win7

Spoke too soon: some of the downloads are different versions of the same one and there are some win 7 drivers embedded in the larger directories for the Asus M4A78 Plus.

I have had it but not used much. It is useless if you are connected wireleslly, since it can't connect that way.

Ah, good point. Well I have got myself into a whole other problem with the Netgear WN111V2 adapter I bought and there are several threads covering that one on different forums, but as of yet seemingly no real solution. At present Windows 7 will not detect it being plugged in to the USB port.
