Message: Cannot find the file specified Appdata

I was trying to download a driver for my printer from the HP website and the following message came up:

    Cannot find the file specified
    and above it was:
    c:\users\<myusername>\appdata\local\temp\7zs4df5\setup\,,\setup\hpzprl40.exe

I've had a look and the appdata folder is there under my username
I have had a lot of problems lately with saving files etc and a message about Appdata. I am desperate to use my printer and need to download the driver if someone could take me through step by step what to do that would be great.

First of all, that is a temp folder which gets cleaned out on occasion. Download the driver to a folder HPDrivers under Documents. Then update the driver from the device manager and browse to the new driver location...

What printer are you trying to download the software for? I'll go to the HP site and see how you would need to do it. And what browser are you using? Internet Explorer?
