No HD Drive drivers are needed to install Windows 7.

    +1 theog

    No drivers needed.
Hook up the harddrive and the CD/DVD reader if not done yet. Insert Windows disk into CD/DVD reader and follow prompts/directions given by the Windows disk.

Do the HD Drive show in BIOS?

Are you using the Packard Bell Restore Disk?

    Probably this is why,

SATA Driver - Load in Windows 7 or Vista Setup

which if that is what it is this,

    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...adType=Drivers

should be what you need. Just download, extract and put it on a USB key, then when you get to that step during the Windows install point it at the USB key.

Will the HD Drive show in Diskpart?

    1) Boot DVD & Press Shift+F10 (for command prompt)
    DISKPART : At PC Startup
