| | alphanumeric, I agree with you, but I have already installed the asus drivers and nothing changed the situation. Because that I am trying to fix the (maybe) last error visible in my netbook. I will try again installing the drivers, anyway. |

Post error messages |

| | One way around this may be to use the anytime upgrade option instead of actually installing Ultimate. It would have been easy to do originally but could be problematic now depending on whether you can restore to Starter again or not. Going back to Starter using the recovery utility should install all the original drivers and restore functionality to the buttons. It should be just the way it was the first time you turned it on. Then just use the anytime upgrade option to unlock the Ultimate features. All you should have to do is enter your Ultimate product code. The glitch in this is that installing Ultimate may have broken the link to the recovery utility when the boot record was overwritten. |
