| | Windows reports that the "AXGA4OHT IDE Controller" device is not worki I have no idea what this is referring to ...i opened up Device Manager and its listed under "Storage Controllers" so that may be a clue as to the root of the problem. I just recently bought a 16Gb BlackBerry Playbook but have not had any issues with the Desktop Software as of yet. I have attached a screen cap of this issue. Thanks, Tim |

| | You have something like Daemon tools or Alcohol installed? That looks like the kind of thing that they install for virtual drives. |

| | Solved thanks guys, yes the root of the problem was the uninstallation of Daemon Tools (lite) which i have now reinstalled and the problem has been fixed cheers Tim  |
