DX DirectDraw accel, 3D accel, and AGP texture accel not available?

Hi, I have tried everything on the internet... And simply cannot find a solution to the problem.

Whenever i try to run a game, it says DirectX hardware acceleration is turned off.
I then run dxdiag, and DirectDraw accel, 3D accel, and AGP texture acceleration are all listed as "not available" There is no button next to them to enable them.

I have tried re installing DirectX, but to no avail. Also, I have tried updating my video cards, but again, no luck.

Attached is my PC information, and the screen where everything is unavailable.
    Pleeeaaase help me... ASAP!

Open DirectX Diagnostics (dxdiag.exe) and on the Display tab or the right hand side it will display the current driver installed. What does it say on it?
