Should not be a problem but if you want the newest drivers go to the manufacturer of your MB and download the newest drivers from there.

Support mgp1964's suggestion. Drivers included on CDs with motherboards are often loaded months before you actually buy the motherboard. Windows Update will then, if it finds a newer driver, offer to upgrade that.

Your best bet is to search the MB site and see if they have any newer versions -- newer than what is on the CD, and newer than what you have installed.

If you've stayed current with Windows Updates, don't be surprised if there are no newer drivers available.

will not have a problem if you first uninstall the old drivers from your pc via control panel, then instal it from your cd if it not working go to motherboard (official) site and download the latest drivers for your motherboard....good luck
