What indication do you have that there is drivers left over?
Check msconfig>Startup and >Services (after Hiding All MS Services) that only your AV is running.
Type services.msc to make sure the program added no Service - if so Disable it.

The Compro TV card is long gone.
Those remainders will have no effect on your system but are just part of a catalogue of hundreds of drivers available if you ever plug back in the card.
You can delete them if you feel better, taking ownership if neccessary: Take Ownership Shortcut
Bingo! to what Greg said. If there are no issues (you've not mentioned any) just keep on using the PC normally. There are 10s of thousands of files on any random PC that aren't used and cause no problems.
create the system environment variable
devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices
to the value 1
then go to device manager -> view -> show hidden devices
Then you can uninstall device drivers for devices that are not present from the device manager,.
